I think that his abs are wonderful & sexy. I am just starting to work on my abs & I would love to have abs just like Alan. I have lost over 170 lbs, so I know that it will take me for ever or never get there, but I’m going to give it one hell of a shot. I wish I could have a poster of Alan for inspiration. Just plain Hott~~
