Billy Winters has minimal talent at best. His real ability is getting access to his subjects, which requires certain social skills. Most of his work looks very dated. Almost has a certain Diane Arbus appeal but again, there are hundreds of photographers in NY and London doing the exact same thing. Coney Island boy toys in love. Boring.
