Hard to believe that Adam Lambert didn’t come out and become openly gay for any other reason than fearing he’d lose votes on American Idol. Sure he would: straight people prefer their own. And girls want a boy they can moon about (i.e., star in their sexual fantasies).
To continue to deny his sexual orientation at this point isn’t cutely coy but disreputable and disgusting. So hopefully the rumors of Lambert outing himself in Rolling Stone are true.
