Elton John slurred as a paedophile on BBC?

OutRage! says that a British comedian called Elton John a paedophile.
[Dara] O’Brian, who guest-presented the show, quipped that “Elton sees a little bit of himself in Billy” in response to the singer’s participation in the stage production of the hit Billy Elliot – The Musical which opened last week in London’s West End.
As in the original film, The Billy Elliot character is 11 years old.
