So Cynthia Nixon is a gay or bisexual woman. I’ll grant her right to privacy but do resent that she doesn’t realize that a simple acknowledgement wouldn’t really cost her anything and might give comfort to a confused gay woman or two.
Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon is in a long-term relationship with another woman, New York newspapers reported today.
The Emmy winner and mother-of-two has been dating her partner for 10 months and said she was “very happy”.
Nixon, 38, who played the red-head, marriage-wary lawyer Miranda Hobbes, split with the father of her children, Danny Mozes, last year.
In January, she began a lesbian relationship, according to the New York Post and the Daily News.
Nixon did not confirm the romance when asked by the Daily News, saying: “My private life is private.
“But at the same time, I have nothing to hide. So what I will say is that I am very happy,” she added.
